TLC & RHI encourage, support, and challenge our LGBTQ Communities to start thinking and talking about health! Think about ways that you can make your life healthier…the choice is up to you with endless possibilities!

“What will you do for your health?”

 - Examples:  “I will walk my dog one extra block each day!”  - “I will look into healthier alternatives for my favorite dessert!”  - “I will set a quit date to become a non-smoker.”  - “I will bike to work at least 3 times per week.”

Twin Cities Pride 2009:

The 2009 Pride Festival featured a Living Well Park and Annex and it was a hit!  The Living Well Park and Annex was the first ever designated smoke-free area of The Twin Cities Pride Festival.  Stay tuned for information about RHI & TLC @ 2010 Pride Festivals around the state.

No matter the situation we can all make small changes that make a huge difference over time.
